Using the Fontforge software we began to create our own typefaces.Fontforge has the similar tools to the Adobe illustrator which became easier as most of us where finial with it to begin working on the sketches.
Similar to Illustrator the pen tool can be used to draw the line and using the curve tool,you can shape the lines as to your desired shape.

I found this Youtube tutorial very helpful when I attempted to create my font .I do not think I did a good job but I had fun trying.
